How placement works, what happens after 30 days and everything else before you pay.
Where will my project appear?
Sponsored cards appear before directory results and after 9 and 18 organic results, with at most three different ads per page. Relevant categories and selected topic pages share the same pool. Other project profiles can show one relevant sponsor; yours never advertises itself.
How is visibility shared?
At most three advertisers are active across all categories combined. Selection is balanced among eligible projects. Relevance, page visits and scrolling affect actual exposure, so advertisers may receive different numbers of views. Paid promotion does not change organic ranking or votes.
What happens after 30 days?
Featured visibility ends automatically. There is no automatic renewal. Your existing public listing remains available while eligible, whether or not you buy another promotion.
Does this buy Google rankings or SEO links?
Public profiles and clear metadata help discovery; paid links are labelled sponsored, with no guarantee of Google positions, indexing or SEO value.
Is a public listing included only if I pay?
No. You can submit a project for editorial review without buying a promotion. Payment adds 30 days of featured visibility to an eligible public listing.
What if all spots are taken?
Checkout closes when the three global spots are occupied. You are not charged to join a queue. Availability is checked again when you open checkout.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancel before activation for a full refund. If your campaign never activates, you receive a full refund. If ClawSites interrupts delivery, we refund the undelivered time pro rata. After activation, voluntary cancellation has no automatic refund except for undelivered time or where required by law. Contact support below to request cancellation or a refund.
Promotion terms
€29 plus applicable taxes as a one-time payment for 30 days from campaign activation. The final total is shown at secure checkout before payment. Only eligible public listings can be promoted. Visibility is shared with up to two other advertisers, subject to relevance. No guaranteed impressions, clicks, sales, indexing or search positions. Promotion does not purchase editorial approval or change the organic order. Paid links are marked sponsored.
Cancellation before activation, or a campaign that never activates, qualifies for a full refund. If ClawSites interrupts delivery, undelivered time is refunded pro rata. After activation, voluntary cancellation does not include an automatic refund except for undelivered time or your statutory rights. Low traffic or a lack of clicks does not extend the campaign or qualify for a performance refund.
